Martin is co-founder of ndc, an experienced culture consultant and executive coach. He has trained to the highest standards to work with both individuals and teams on culture and leadership development.

Natalie is the Executive Assistant to the Directors. She has over 30 years' experience of working in Commercial, Retail and Executive Assistant roles

John Crossan

John Crossan is the Chief Operating Officer at ndc. He has a wealth of experience in HR,Talent Management, Organisational Development and Change Management across the Engineering, Construction, Financial Services, Pharma, Healthcare, Technology and Professional Services sectors.

Fraser Jones is the Commerical Director at ndc. Fraser has considerable experience from his previous roles in Business Management, Marketing, Business Development and HR solutions. He his responsible for business development and client engagement.

Matt Burdock

Matt is co-founder of ndc. He has substantial workplace culture consulting experience and is an executive coach. He started his career in professional services and was Finance Director with Virgin media, Breast Cancer UK, and Tommy's.

Amanda is an expert facilitator with a background in Corporate Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Risk Management. After 20 years in Corporate Finance, she trained as a psychotherapist. She coaches senior executives across various sectors, providing thought partnership and strategic coaching.
