We are delighted to announce and welcome John Crossan to the ndc team, as our new Chief Operating Officer.  

John joins us with a wealth of experience in HR,Talent Management, Organisational Development and Change Management from the Engineering, Construction, Financial Services, Pharma, Healthcare,Technology and Professional Services sectors.

John is an Executive Coach who has worked with individuals and organisations for over 10 years in both in-house and consulting roles. During this time he has supported leaders and teams from small businesses through to multi-nationals.

John has joined us from CLC, where he was Chief Operating Officer supporting clients through major, complex change (with a particular specialism in Pharmaceuticals) .

Originally John worked in Business Development in the recruitment and selection industry. He then moved into consultancy, specialising in leadership development, Executive Coaching and Culture Change. He also spent time in-house with the UK's largest independent engineering and services business where he led the leadership development and talent management initiatives. 

John’s commitment to delivering exceptional results while maintaining a customer-centric approach aligns perfectly with our company values.
