We want to take this opportunity to introduce you to some new members of the ndc team.
Over the past few months, some new colleagues and collaborators have joined us to support some exciting new projects on culture, executive development and workplace inclusion.
Please join us in welcoming Natalie, Maria and Cathie to the team.
Natalie Truswell
Natalie joined ndc in June 22 to take on the role as Martin Egan's Executive Assistant.
While being the main contact to deal with Martin’s diary, Natalie is also helping us with sales and marketing activities, office management and financial procedures.
She is based from the office in Preston. She has considerable experience in the past from the retail and public sectors. There is nothing better she likes than a walk on the beach with her dogs, Banjo and Barney.
Maria Takaendisa
Maria has been a collaborator with ndc for a couple of years now.
Martin and Maria first met on a systemic leadership course and Maria works as a reflexive systemic coach. We are thrilled to have been able to work with Maria recently on the creation of our new Conscious Inclusion workshop. With Maria’s help and facilitation, we have crafted a workshop which helps leaders really grapple with how they lead diversity and inclusion in their organisations.
Maria's background of growing up in Zimbabwe and navigating a different education and work system in the UK enriches the diversity and inclusion discussion.
Cathie Mackay
Cathie has recently joined ndc having previously been an executive in a FTSE100 company.
Since 2013, Cathie has coached professionals as a workplace and executive coach and has worked in the field of risk management for over 25 years.
We had the pleasure of Cathie attending our Conscious Inclusion course at the end of June and her input was invaluable. She said that although she has been on Diversity and Inclusion trainings in the past, they had not tackled the issues of privilege, which are so important in today’s society and workplaces. Thanks for your help and time Cathie!
